NOTICE

A meeting of all Hokiens will be held at the Hokien Huay Kuan, Teluk Ayer Street, on Saturday, 22nd instant, at 2 p.m., to consider what steps should be taken, as the Trustees of the Heng Sang Teng burial ground have on 10th January received a notice from the Collector of Land Revenue informing them that 212 acres, 2 roods and 27 poles of land in the District of Toah Payoh and Upper Toah Payoh will be acquired under Section 8 of Ordinance No. 28 of 1920, for residential purposes.

As the above land comprises the present Hokien Burial Ground, all interested are invited to attend.

谨订于本月22日星期六下午2时正在直落亚逸街福建会馆举行闽帮大会，以便讨论对以下事宜采取何步骤：恒山亭信托人于1月10日收到地税司来函，通知政府根据1920年第28号法令第8条为改造住屋之用而征用恒山亭介于大巴窑和大巴窑上段之间212英亩2律27柱的土地。

由于上述土地属于我闽帮坟山，为此敬邀所有感兴趣的人士出席。
