Mr. Tan Kim Ching is inviting the Chinese of Singapore to meet in the Hokien Temple, Teluk Ayer Street, on the 17th July (the 1st of the 6th Chinese month) at 12 o’clock noon to talk about the opium question, and subscribe their names to the petition to Parliament.
